What Would You Do in 3 Days?

I know everyone says you should spend longer at the parks but its looking like we might only be able to do three days, unless we compromise the rest of the holiday, which we really don't want to do.

I guess we could always go again another year

Soo... which parks would you try to fit into three days. Theres a couple of things I want to do at Epcot, but beyond that I'm really not sure. Would you try to fit more than one park into a day, or just do three places?

Any suggestions much appreciated - I have no idea how long it takes to get enough out of each park that it was worth going there.

Re: What Would You Do in 3 Days?

Well, if Epcot is an absolut must then 1 day EPCOT is something that has to be on the list. The park is open late and you should not mis Illuminations. (my favorite show)

1 day should be for the Magic Kingdom. You can't go to WDW without a day in that park...

Leaving only 1 day for Animal Kingdom and MGM. I guess a Park Hopper is needed here. Start your visit at AK and make sure to do the Kilimanjaro Safari first and Everest second. Then you'll have to make choices as you will not be able to do everything on the day. Once you go to MGM in the afternoon you will still be able to do RnR coaster and the Tower of Terror. Again you'll have to make some choices for the other attractions but make sure you have enough time left to start queueing for Fantasmic....

This is how I would do the three days (If I only had 3 days)... make sure to be at the parks at least 30 minutes before opening time and stay until the end... Enjoy

That seems like an excellent idea Ghost. I haven't been to Orlando yet, but, I know Tower of Terror is one of the rides that I simply could not miss. The afternoon seems like the best time to do this type of ride as well. May just be me, but, I enjoy the exciting rides mainly in the afternoon or at night.

Re: What Would You Do in 3 Days?

Thanks for the info and suggestions!

I'll be sure to arrive early and follow your suggestions for what order to do things in!

I had hoped to spend a little longer, but I guess I can always go back a second time. This trip is turning into other stuff that is really more 'once in a lifetime' - given the choice between meeting people that I've known for years but live in several different countries (and are coming out specially) or going to a theme park... well, priorities change and the park will be there next time I can afford to fly over

The advice on how to make the most of that first trip is much appreicated!
