Are the "Not so Scary Halloween Party" Tickets Transferable?

We are planning a trip to Disney in September and I am considering purchasing tickets to the Halloween party. We have 4 children of all ages (and there is a possibility that the oldest may not get to join us due to work). The Disney rep told me last night that these tickets must be purchased in advance and cannot be cancelled with 24 hrs notice like many of the restuarants, etc. Does anyone know if these are transfereable to another person? If I buy a ticket for my oldest child and she cannot join us, can I sell it or give it to someone else?

My understanding is that anyone will be able to use the tickets as they are not named.

You can't get a refund for a purchased ticket.

Official Blurb:

Separate admission ticket is required for these events. Event tickets are valid only during specific dates and hours. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not included with any other ticket media.
