With all the news on the water parks recently, has anyone been to Wet n Wild recently? What was it like and were there any new rides?...

You're right on the water park front. Wet n Wild certainly has a lot of competition especially with the opening of Aquatica just around the corner. The two Disney offerings are Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, which are obviously themed in the Disney style that you'd expect.
Wet n Wild is the park to go to if you're looking for the thrill seeking water rides. The main thing I don't like about Wet n Wild is the location. It sorts of sits at the side of I-Drive and looks a little exposed. |

Thanks spondishy. I think I'll probably give the new Aquatica a go and Blizzard Beach. A lot of people seem to say that Blizzard Beach is their favorite water park.
