Seaworld Aquatica Opening Date
We commented on the opening date of Seaworld Aquatica over in this thread.
http://www.orlandovisiting.com/forum...lex-ticket.htm I'd read elsewhere on the web that their was a countdown timer above the staff entrance at Seaworld, counting down to the 1st of March as an opening date for Aquatica. Well I thought I'd give Seaworld a call and try to find out a little more. It appears that the official opening date is actually the 14th of March, but the park will actually open on the 1st if all construction goes to plan. |

Right... Finally an answer, it has been confirmed that Aquatica WILL be open to the public from March 1, with the park officially in 'soft' opening mode for the first month, leading up to the Grand Opening Event on April 4. Single-day tickets will be $38.95 for adults and $32.95 for children 3-9.
I'm guessing this is gonna be REALLY busy for the next few months. |

The daily admission is $38.95, but as an addition to a SeaWorld annual pass it is only an additional $50 per year. The only problem is that you are required to buy a SeaWorld or Busch Gardens Annual pass to be able to add the water parks on as an addition. So for either Busch Gardens or Sea World with a water park is only $150 per year, which includes free self parking, food discounts, and merch discounts.

If you get plenty of use, that sounds like a great deal. Parking itself is around $10.
