Oh, Ponderosa is great. They have an awesome food bar. Hot and Cold. They have a dessert bar too. Home baked goods and they do keep the diabetic diner in mind as well. They offer sugar free desserts. We have a Ponderosa close to our town. I do get to visit it about once a month or so.
I'm not really wanting to do the Ponderosa thing on my trip to Orlando.

Sizzler, yes they are awesome. The one we had in our area has closed and now it has become a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. There are peanut hulls all over the floor and they offer the best grilled shrimp I have every had the pleasure of eating. They come skewered on and lay on a bed of rice and are seasoned a little on the cajun side. They are a bit more pricey than Sizzler. Their customer service is awesome though.
As for Olive Garden. I'm not a big fan. I prefer to go to Fazolis and just order my food at the counter and take it to the table. Fazolis has the best bread sticks in the USA. They are free to eat as many as you like while dining in. They have a server that comes out and walks around with a basket of warm bread sticks and they take them around to all of the diners and keep them coming to your table the whole time you are there.

I'm hoping to find a plate full of broiled lobster and lemon with a side of melted butter.

Thanks for the mention of Sweet Tomatoes, I'll definately stop by there, it sounds very appealing.

Re: Inexpensive dining

What about McDonald's?
Is it a good option for those who just want a quick meal and run to the rides again? :P
