I read the other post about The Wave @ the Contemporary thats opening soon. I was just wondering if anyone knows whats going to be on the menu and when it is actually opening.

The restaurant is due to open in June and is taking ADRs now on the usual 407-WDW-DINE number.

Keep in mind that this could change, but here's a pre-opening menu for The wave.

BREAKFAST

Make your own classic Bircher Muesli, Spinach Tomato and Onion Omelet

Multigrain Mickey Waffle, Eggs Benedict, Homemade Granola.
-Featuring Organic Columbian Coffee that is shade grown, fair trade and
bird friendly.

Beta Berry Smoothie – Raspberries Non-Fat Yogurt, Peach, Mango and Honey, Antioxidant Vitamins, C, E and Beta-carotene
